This morning, our team flagged a small but interesting issue in production.
On the same pair of yoga leggings, using the same thread color, we noticed a slight difference in visual tone — pocket stitching looked a bit brighter, while the seam stitching appeared slightly darker.
At first glance, it may seem like a color inconsistency. But in garment production, this can happen due to multiple factors — thread material, batch differences, fabric interaction, lighting, and even the production environment.
What matters is not just identifying it, but responding in time.
